what are the odds of checking in early at Kadani

We are checking into Kadani on Saturday Jan 26 in a 2 bedroom, what is the odds of being able to check in around noon-noon:30. I know in the old days if I called from the airport to let the resort(non-DVC) know that we were on our way allot of times they would have a room ready, does it help to call after we land? Or should we just wait until we grocery shop and go to check in?

You can check-in anytime after 6 or so in the morning. Room ready is after 4 PM. If you arrive and your room is not ready, Bell Services can store your luggage and groceries (including cold and frozen items) until can get into your room.

The published phone numbers for the Resorts are actually routed to an off-site call center. Calling them will not do you much good.

You can either pick your stuff up from the Bell Stand, or have it delivered to your room (must be present in room, gratuity expected).

I have no problem picking it up that wayit is on our schedule and not theirs.

We arrived around 12 or 12:30 in November for a 2 bedroom and our room was ready. We were delighted to be able to go up to the room early. But, it was a split stay and the second part of our stay our room at BLT was NOT ready when we arrived at 4:30 - we had to cool our jets for almost an hour.

Arrived at Kidani today @10:30. Room was ready at 1 PM. We have a standard view 1 bedroom.

We are also here now. Our room was ready at one thirty when we got here Sunday. We always arrive at this time and our room has been ready each and every time. Approx eight visits. Lots if pixie dust I suppose.

If you do on-line check-in you can specify a time you will arrive. No guarantee that your room will be ready but it usually is for us. We always tell them we will be there around 1 pm.

Of the six times we have been to Kidani, for five of them we arrived before 4 p.m. For three of those we arrived about 2:30 and the room was ready, and for the other two we arrived about 11:30 and it was not.
