That’s good...at least they banked the 2020 points. No need to sweat the March 31st timeline now. If you won’t be able to use the 2019 points this year you can always rent them after you close.

I have 191 banked points from 2019 that I need to use by end of August. Which probably won’t happen so I am in a rush to get them rented. I also have 220 points from 2020 that are yet to be banked. Our broker told us if we get into March we can ask the seller to bank them.

I finall6y received my closing documents today! A month later! I'm happy too - next week we will be at Disney and I was afraid we would be late for our payment!
