Up and DH, FIL and I are off to visit relatives in Bradenton, Florida. DadMc's sister lives here with her family. Mom and Dad spent the day in MK with Casey. Got to meet all the cousins I have never met. Danny and FIL haven't seen most of them for about 7 years. DadMc's other brother and wife who summers in Florida also came down. I wasn't really looking forward to this day, but it turned out to be a really nice day. Had lunch and just a lot of conversation. We brought pictures of our wedding (over 3 years and 3 months ago), new house and our dog Bailey. Left around 4:30 and we got back around 6:30 - not a bad ride.

Quick change and we were off to the Boardwalk. I really liked it here and both Danny and I would like to stay here sometime. Danny keeps mentioning the vacation club and wanted to look into it while we were down there but we never got around to it. Tried to find a place to eat (that DadMc would like). Walked over to the Yacht Club to the steak house but we couldn't get in for another hour (and the menu was quite pricey) so we walked back to the Dolphin. Checked out Shula's Steak house but everyone looked too dressed up, so we decided on Juan and Onlys. Pretty good meal, but not really worth the money. Awesome Margaritas. The bartender ran out of clean large glasses so he gave me two drinks!

After supper I finally got to go to Jelly Rolls. DadMc very tired and he was falling asleep at the bar so we only stayed for about an hour. We will definitely have to come back some other time, as it was really fun. Home and to bed at around 12:00.

Wasn't Jellyrolls a blast? We had such a great time there and if it wasn't for the fact that I had a terrible head cold (should have head me try to sing) we would have stayed there till closing. I can't believe how many songs those guys knew.

the word I was trying to spell was "heard" Duh

We left the kids at the Sandcastle Club one night and checked out Jellyrolls. The piano players were great.

Thanks for sharing your trip with us, Kathy. :)
