Day 4 December 12, 2000

Once again Brenden is the first up at close to 7AM. We all crawl out of bed a little slower than the previous two days and shower and get ready for the day. We hit the food court again and are at the bus stop by 8:30am. The bus is prompt again and I am thinking that we are really lucky with the bus transportation! We get to the park a few minutes before opening and then it starts to rain. It is just a few drops at first, but then it starts to poar! Sean and I love Tower of Terror and are dying to go on Rock and Roller Coaster. We head over that way hoping that the rain will let up. It does a little bit and mom and Brenden sit down in a dry area to wait for us. There is no wait for either one and we decide to do the coaster first. We are through the line in less than five minutes and LOVE it! We head directly over to Tower of Terror and withing minutes are dropping over and over again. We get off the ride giggling and find mom. She asks us if we are going to go on the other ride and we tell her that we already did both!!
It is still raining and we decide to do a little shopping. The first thing we buy is a hat for Sean and a poncho for the stroller and Brenden. I rig the poncho to go over the stoller and just have Brenden's little face sticking out the hole. Everyone got such a kick out of it! Us adults were already wet and really didn't care because it was quite warm today.
We head over to Bear in the Blue house and Brenden is scared to go in. I talk him into it and before the show, he is crying that he wants to go out in the rain. Everyone around us was laughing at him, but a very nice lady in front of us made a big deal out of the show with her daughter and they talked about how much fun it was. She was a God send! By the first song my little dancer was at it again. He was wiggling all over and singing all the songs! It is a really cute show and a must see if your kids like the TV show.
Next stop is Al's Toy Barn to see Woody and Buzz. Brenden and Sean have been talking about this all morning. We head down the street and stop for autographs from, Tigger, Piglet, Gepetto, and Donald Duck! Donald was so cute with Brenden. He kept hugging him and got down to his level. Brenden talked about it for the rest of the day. At the toy barn we wait in line for Buzz and Woody and Jessie is just leaving as we get there. We have to wait about 15 minutes, but it is worth it to the boys! Heading out of the line we walk right up to a green army man and also get pictures and autographes.
We then go to see the Muppet movie and we all enjoy it. Lunch today was as Pizza Planet and the pizzas were okay. Nothing special, but filling just the same. Brenden really loves skee-ball and has to play a couple of games. Being the good mom that I am, I bribe him to eat a few pieces of pizza first!
Next on the agenda is naps!! Back to the movies we go and Brenden sleeps for a good 2 1/2 hours. We get back to MGM at 5:45pm for the Osbourne lights. It is so crowded that I really didn't enjoy them as much this year.
We get back to the resort about 8:30pm and Brenden goes to sleep while we watch some TV. It snowed at home and we all got a good laugh about that!
Tomorrow is Islands of Adventure and Date night for Sean and Jeanine

Brenden sounds like quite the little entertainer. :D

You really saw a lot of characters today. :)

Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
