Usually, I scrap my trips within a month of returning home, but the last few months have generated material and left no time to scrap. HOW am I ever going to catch up?

December - East Bound PC cruise and Christmas
January - trip to WDW - Moving preparation
February/March packing and preparing to move Movers took everything
April - temporary furnished apartment and househunting. grandkid events
May - West Bound PC cruise, Las Vegas, grandkid events
June - Close on both houses, renovations, move in
July - finally scrap?

Help me get a plan - It's all good, but I'm so busy/stressed I can't think :headache:

Ok, I would break it down like this... (now I don't work so I have 8 hours a day to scrap when the kids are at school... so please know I am only basing this off of the times I have available)...

July: Christmas '12, East Bound PC cruise, July events as they happen, January events, closing on both houses

August: trip to WDW - Moving preparation, August events as they happen, February events, renovations, move-in

September: packing photos/ photos of movers if you have them, September events as they happen, March events, finish WDW trip if not done

October: photos of apartment and househunting, grandkid events, October events as they happen, April events

November: Las Vegas trip, grandkid events, November events as they happen, May-June events

December: December events as they happen, any clean up needed of unfinished areas

Good luck!!!
I appreciate you posting this because it reminds me to check my goal list for DS17's scrapbooks that need to be done by graduation.

I didn't realize you were moving Linda....good luck on everything!

don't stress about it, you will get caught up once you are all settled in your new place....I got about 3 years behind and took me about 9 months to get current again, it can be done :thumbsup2

Lisa, we didn't know it either - it just 'happened'.

Nancy, I had to read that a couple times - but it's BRILLIANT. I Never would have thought to do it that way, but your plan seems very do-able. Maybe not that fast, but I could maybe keep up with the daily stuff while getting something done on the bigger stuff.

Meanwhile, the closing got canceled by HUD(the seller), so I have two weeks in which I *could* make progress, if only I had a flat space to work on. We had given notice on our furnished rental so after friday, we'll be camping at our friends until we can get in the house.

oh no, hope you can get the closing scheduled soon!

Good luck with the move! Pulling papers and sketches to go with your photos before you sit to scrap will help, it keeps the process flowing.

I'm way behind too. :) but every time I make time to catch up something else happens. :( some day I suppose.
I have resolved myself to the fact that I'll "catch up" when I retire ... Oh wait ... I'll be busy moving to Florida and working in WDW ... retire??!! NEVER!! lol!!

I was thinking about you the other day, did you buy tickets to see Bon Jovi at the casino??

Miss Linda, I know you will catch up quickly once you are settled into the house. Congrats!!
