Strollers in Vegas

I have read you can't take strollers inside the Bellagio and that you can't use them by the Mirage Volcano. Does anyone know if this is true? We're stopping in Vegas for the night on our way back from California. We wanted to take our kids to a couple of the free things, but if we can't use strollers, we'll have to do something else. Not lugging a 100th percentile 1 year old up and down the strip without wheels... :)

I can't say for sure about the Bellagio, but I
can't imagine a public hotel that relies on
paying guests would forbid any strollers inside.
Frankly if that hotel doesn't allow strollers you
could always take your business elsewhere.

The Mirage Volcano in on a public street. And
like any public street parents are allowed to
use strollers so you're okay there.

No, the Bellagio does not allow strollers unless you are staying at the hotel. Here is their policy:

You must be 18 years of age or a registered hotel guest to enter Bellagio Casino.

The following exceptions apply to minors who are at least 5 years of age and accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age:

Restaurant reservations for Michael Mina, FIX, Sensi, Circo, Jasmine, Le Cirque, Picasso or Prime
Attending a wedding in our Wedding Chapels
Attending a convention function
Attending a performance of "O"
Gallery of Fine Art
Children of hotel guests and non-hotel guests are allowed if accompanied by an adult. Non-hotel guests with children must have their tickets in hand prior to arriving to Bellagio.
Visiting a Via Bellagio shop by appointment only
Strollers are allowed for hotel guests only.

I have been in the bellagio several times with a stroller. Never once had a problem. As stated above the volcano is seen from the street

You were lucky. I've see their security stop people with strollers & ask to show a hotel key.

Rumor has it when Steve Wynn was CEO he tripped over a stroller and vowed to not allow them ever again (he has retinitis pigmentosa). Now, they listen to their customers and respond accordingly.

OP, if you have a car, just park in their garage; and when you walk off the garage elevator into the hotel, the Conservatory is RIGHT THERE. Check their website and make sure you aren't going over any dates when they are changing a display. Have fun on your trip!
