Dan: Those pictures brought tears to my eyes. I was there last week and they brought back so many memories.
We too took the tour and it was really great. Susan was our guide. Your right, by lunch we were all good friends in our love for Disney. We too had others that posted to the boards on our tour.
If you want to spend a day like no other, this is the way to do it. $200 is a lot of $$ but it was our joint Christmas present.
As a person who sews (my true passion) what a thrill for me to get that piece of fabric. My husband Mark was on the other side of the room when they announced we could pick a piece of fabric. He saw the look on my face of sheer delight and told me I could pick his so that I would have 2 pieces and wouldn't have to make such a hard decision. I picked Minnie and a princess dress fabric.
My son who wants to work in movies making special effects (he's in school now for it)heard me gushing about the tour on Sunday. Of course, he really wants to take it now and if I can scrape up enough $$ for it, I'll certainly try. Seeing the underside of BodyWars just about convinced me that he should take it.
Thanks for your pictures, they are wonderful.
