Which table services allow take out ?

None of them do traditional take out where you call in, they box it up, you arrive and take it out. You'll have to make an ADR, sit down, order, and then ask them to box it up as "leftovers" to take with you.

Ohana does do a room service of their menu, but you have to be staying at The Poly for that somewhat of a "take out" option.

We got wraps to go at Rainforest Cafe With extra credits we had. We were about to leave and took them to the airport with us to eat. Waitress was happy to do it, and we tipped accordingly. We also used credits and ate a meal there, though. I’m not sure they would’ve done a to-go meal only. Why do you want a meal to go? Sitting down to relax and have a meal is so nice on a busy park day.

To go meal to use up any extra credits we may not have left.

You can use TS credits to get a QS meal, but those aren't really wrapped up "to go" either unless you get something at your resort from the "to go" area in the refrigerated section. Not the best value for a TS, but better than not using it at all.
