Ok I may have it figured out here. the pictures made my hands look a funny color, they really aren't yellow ( I promise) The stone is sitting up high with beautiful scroll work and diamonds down the side.... I LOVE it so much

Ok, it's contagious! I want to share mine, too. DH picked it out. Originally it had trillian cut diamonds on either side of the radiant cut center stone. He didn't like that so he custom-ordered a setting with princess cut stones on the sides. It is platinum, with pave diamonds set on the 3 sides below the side stones. I was really tickled, because while I like antiquey jewelry, he likes very sleek, contemporary styles. We didn't agree on any rings while we were looking.
I didn't like the matching band, but found this one I think goes well with it.

I think he has good taste!

It's black too!! Well, it's a peacock black pearl which means it has a hint of green that shines in the light. (Asian Influence) I wish you all could see the band better, it's very cool, an antique cut and little diamond chips . . .I love it!!

This is my ring...the center stone in this one is about .5 the one in my ring is almost 1ct.

Here it really is. The top pic shows the detail so much better!

And the best part is...he picked it out al by himself! Never would have thought he would have picked out that beautiful of a ring with no help! I was totally suprised had no idea it was comming.

All these beautiful rings! So many style and choices. I love the blue diamond and blue topaz rings. Well here's mine. As with so may girls, this is my first reall piece of jewellery and I alwasy wanted somenthing really plain. But when my FDH gave me this i totally fell in love with it. We've been engaged over 5 months and I still stare at it everyday. I obviously don't wear the band yet
