Sci Fi Speciality Burger

Hi, I was there last week and the specialty burger at Sci Fi was the Boursin Cheese Burger- they took a big slice of this cheese and deep fried it and then placed it on top of the burger. It was fantastic (even my picky plain eater daughter enjoyed it)- would highly recommend it if you get the chance- I actually even enjoyed this more than the burger I had a Deluxe in Disney Springs

I believe it was breaded and then fried and put on the burger. It was creamy and wonderful flavor
