Room Request Strategy

I am looking for some advice - I have three rooms (2 Kings and Standard Queen beds room) booked at Royal Pacific President's week. I would like for the rooms to be somewhat close together on an upper floor in Tower 1. What is the best strategy? Are three criteria too much? Should I pick just one or two? Is three criteria ok but I need to put them in priority order and use specific words? (FWIW I am not stressed about the room location - but I figure why not give it a shot?)
