Well, the ROFR tool is supposed to have a pop-up calendar to help but half the browsers show it in the wrong place and I haven't quite cared enough to fix it. Maybe someday....when I actually learn how to design a web site with 21st century code....

Good luck. They just took my BLT contract at $108. Different UY though (Feb) so maybe you'll have better luck then I did.

Sorry to hear that. Did it just happen in the last week or so? I'm trying to get a similar contract at BLT for $110 with seller paying closing fees.

It had 3 for 2016 & all of 2017's. Who knows why they do what they do. Maybe they have a waitlist for Feb. points. Maybe someone forgot to take their pixie dust that day. Who knows. It happens. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time & so will you.

So yeah may as well add my details to the list since I'm already back at for round two.
