We just got back from our week Dec 16 to 23 and had a wonderful time! 
The condo was just great with everything we needed. There was a pool and spa, the pool was a little cool for the nights in the 50's, but the spa was wonderful.
We rented directly from the owner, but we checked in with Holiday Villas, and it went really smooth, no problems. There was 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and having 3br and 2ba, and full kitchen was really nice. They also have a shuttle bus service that we used a couple of times that was great and no problems.
It anyone needs any questions answered just post or pm me. Have a great time if you consider this condo. Our total cost for the condo for the week was $512.
