Quick question about acode being attached to your name

I just decided to try my luck and call guest services who told me that if there was anything attached to my name, I would have recieved an email or a postcard. I thought that they sometimes did a "surprise" code? Can anyone let me know more about that? Thanks!

The surprise is, that you didn't get the postcard. You should have gotten one, if you have a code by your name (or an email). When I found one by my name, supposedly a postcard had been sent to me. I had them check it, in case my spam filter didn't send it on. It didn't, and I had a code.
