Your TA should know that this is the pre-booking period for Disney Visa cardholders only...

It opened for Disney Visa users for a very limited number of spots on July 28th at 7AM. Most of those spots sold out very quickly. The rest will be open tomorrow at 7AM. Special Event reservations are something I would never trust a TA with as there are a lot of people trying for them right at 7AM to book them for themselves.

I think you have a problem. As Cinderelsa points out your travel agent doesn't seem to know what's going on.

If your travel agent is not on the phone at 7 AM and you are not her only customer you are probably going to get locked out of the stuff you want to do.

Read the booking hints on the Food and Wine sticky at the top of this page now. Most things that are very popular will be sold out by midmorning. Somethings will literally sell out within an hour
