Opinions/suggestions on my ADRs

Going Dec 29 to Jan. 4 on the DDP. Not sure whether we'll pay OOP for CRT so 2 extra TS meals planned. Going with DM (doesn't eat red meat), DD12 (big appetite!) and DD9 (will have very little interest in the kid's picks). Also, we chose places that were easy access from the parks. We do not have hoppers (might add, but not likely, as we don't want to spend much time commuting). Here's the plan, please comment!

Dec. 29: MK
Dinner at Crystal Palace

Dec. 30: DHS
CS lunch (ABC Commissary or Toy Story??)
Dinner at Mama Melrose (could not get Fantasmic pkg)

Dec. 31: Epcot
B-fast at Akershus (Norway). Thinking of changing for late lunch or early dinner because current ADR is at 10:20AM and cuts into touring time!
Other meal: snacks around the WS
If another meal is needed: Sunshine Seasons

Jan. 1: AK
Late lunch (2PM) at Tusker House
Dinner: Pizzafari

Jan. 2: MK
Lunch at Chef Mickey's (it's actually breakfast food, but at 12:05)
Dinner: any interesting CS?

Jan. 3: DTD & either Epcot or DHS
No ADR
DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express

Jan. 4: MK
Lunch at CRT
Dinner at 1900 Park Fare

If we were to pay OOP for CRT, I would need another TS. Suggestions? Thought of Boma for after the day at AK (so ADR around 8:30PM) (commute may be complicated though--we are staying at ASMo).

This is SOOO hard!!
