It could be that or it could just be they're inconsistent, but she was more than ready to let us purchase until she saw I was an AP holder and our other tickets had been purchased separately.
I don't know that the AP had anything to do with it, she only mentioned that the reason was we had purchased our tickets separate from our reservation. Just mentioned it so others wouldn't be surprised if they ran into the same thing. When we got them at guest services at HS, she had to ask for help in how to do it as she had never sold express passes before- sort of surprised me a bit.
If PP got theirs, as AP holders, from their resort than you either A- ran in to someone who didn't know how or B- it was an issue as it was a mix of AP and regular tickets purchased elsewhere, for some reason. Since clearly it is possible for an AP holder, with no other mix of tickets, to purchase this at their resorts. We'll see what answer I get next week

She did double check with someone on it, so I'm not sure what the difference would be.
I can't either. But there must be something since other AP holders have bought it at their resorts.
The issues have to lie with the tickets, not the AP
Wonder if they couldn't see the PH option on the ticket for some reason?

The BC concierge was unable to add the transportation pass on to my AP, during the first week of Express operation. The CM at the park ticket window, however, had no problem. The resort's concierge told me they were not selling it at the resort, even though I told her the website said they were. It may have been because the service was so new, at that time.

Is this servic available for someone with a ECV? I'm considering this for our May trip but I will be using a ECV.

Yes my grandma used an ECV the entire time we used the service. They radio back to the bus driver and tell them they have an ECV waiting and the ramp is put down before you get to the bus.

Thank you for your respinse, I appreciate it!

not saying the PP is wrong but I just used to with a friend in a ECV this past weekend we went to all 4 theme parks in one day and they never had the ramp down for us but she was able to use her ECV on the bus we just had to wait for the ramp to go down when we got to the bus. but it would have been nice to not to have to wait

Sorry if this was already mentioned but I don't remember seeing it, if you buy the 7 day express pass is it only good for 7 consecutive days or could you use it 7 days over a 10 day stay? We're obviously doing a 10 day stay in March and I really like what I'm reading about this service, just trying to plan how I can use this.

I am pretty sure it is 7 consecutive days so if you got it Monday the 10 it would be good until Sunday the 17.

Interesting I'm pretty sure they did for us every time but maybe once.

We just did this yesterday and it's an AWESOME service, but I'm really not sure how long it'll stick around. I see people mentioning crowds and limiting numbers of people and full buses. We rode it 4 times (park hopped to all 4 parks and then back to our starting point) and on one bus there was one other couple. The rest of the time we were the only ones on the entire bus. We also never saw anyone waiting for the buses during the time we waited (we usually got there about 10 minutes before they told us the bus would depart), or when getting to a new park. I'm just not sure how they're making any money with so few people. Here's what we found as far as schedule:

HS - left at 10:20 (buses to MK at 20/50 past each hour)
MK - left at 1:30 (buses to AK at top & bottom of hour)
AK - left at 4:20 (buses to Epcot at 20/50)
Epcot - left at 7 (buses to HS at top & bottom of hour)

We thought it was kind of cool seeing behind the scenes, as well as having a bus with "VIP" on it for you. ;) Plus, of course skipping bag check is a huge advantage. Just a few thoughts:

-HS was really nice as we rode RnRC and it was right there, benches to wait on in the shade, and about a 20 foot walk to the bus. Plus some cool things to see behind the scenes as you drove out
-MK was HOT! There were no seats and the waiting area was in direct sunlight. We timed it to just get there right before the time so we were able to get right on a bus but it wouldn't have been fun to wait here. We also really didn't see anything at all in this area that I'd consider "behind the scenes" that you hadn't seen if you've ever walked over from the Contemporary. MK stop was a moderately short walk though from near Buzz.
-AK you were behind the scenes for a long time on roads even leading up to it. Lots of greenhouses and props and things that were cool to see, plus when you got there you were WAY behind the scenes. Neat as far as seeing things; not neat as far as walking. We were getting tired by this point and the walk there is probably comparable to the walk out to the bus stops (actually maybe farther). Plus it's way back in the corner by the safari so a walk just to get to it in the first place. I'd definitely plan to do KS right when you get there or before you leave so you're already in the area. It was fun since you're escorted all the way back to have a CM to talk to (to yourself!) but this one was definitely not as convenient as others.
-Epcot was also really easy like HS. No seats for waiting but at least a really short walk to/from the buses. Behind the scenes was mostly the backs of buildings but still fun to see from behind.

Couple things I hadn't heard mentioned:
-Last bus was at 8. I assume this would change at differen times of year but several of the parks were open later but you couldn't use the service after that.
-If the last bus was at a time that the park was closing, the dropoff would be outside the park. We were heading to HS where we were parked and told if we took the 7pm or 7:30 bus we'd be dropped by RnRC but the 8pm bus (8pm park closing) would just take us to a normal bus stop. That actually might have been more convenient for getting to our car but we were too tired to wait that late, plus got some nice last pics inside the park.
-They told us they have no way to do upgrades. If you buy a one day ticket, there is no way to change it to the 7 day option (and get credit), so be sure to buy 7 if you might want to use it.
-Each time they just scanned our MB's before we went by the bus to wait and that both confirmed we had the service, plus I'm assuming that we had the hoppers/showed them our entry to the next park.
-Every bus we took was equipped for ECV's.
-Buses left exactly when they said they would.
-Every single CM we dealt with regarding this (drivers, behind the scenes, waiting areas) was super friendly and helpful and honestly made you feel like you "were" VIP's!

I strongly recommend this! Going to try to do it at least once more with my husband (it was just my son and I yesterday) soon so he can experience the fun too. :)

GREAT report!!! Thanks so much!

The most on any bus I took this weekend was 8 there were a few time just my friend and I

I did email Disney when I go to to tell them how much I liked the service.

We have AP and bought ours at Poly Concierge.

Just a note to ECV riders - if you have your own, you'll be fine. If you are relying on Disney ECV...maybe not. That was my experience last week. Was told there would be ECVs, but none were there when we arrived. Other than that, I enjoyed the hop between parks without having to go through the front again.

I never saw any Disney ECV at the stops I did see wheel chair and stroller at I think all of the stops.
