I had to deal with this this morning. I received the email over the weekend about the new reservation#. In my MDE it has both reservations listed. Yesterday I made a payment with my Rewards Dollars. Today I realized that both reservations are NOT the same. The room category & the meal plan were different and I made the payment on the wrong reservation. Called this morning and spoke with a very confused but helpful CM. He has to request a transfer of the payment to the correct reservation then they will cancel the incorrect one. Should be good in 7-10 days, but my pay if full date is in 11 days so I'm worried about it not getting applied in time.
