Money transfer with HiFX - help!

On the recipient details page I'm being asked for "your template name" - can anyone help me out with what this is?

And I know there's a $45 fee to add for the intermediary bank at the other end, but is there any fee between my UK bank and HiFX?

Any advice much appreciated, thanks!

I could be wrong but isn't that them asking you to give a name for this recipient, a memorable name that you will associate to them.

It's not a banking thing

When we used them there was no fee for transferring to HiFX, may depend on ur bank of course but it is just a uk bank to uk bank transfer.

There was no fee with our UK bank when using HIFX. Just the US side.

Used HIFX 3 times with no problems
