MNSSHP - can you enter at 4 this year?

I know - its probably been asked and answered and I did go as far as page 3 and couldn't find it.

Has anyone used the party ticket to enter MK at 4ish - this year?

Friends are going down next week - first timers and I am trying to help make things go more smoothly. They don't have tickets for every day so I am hoping the party ticket will get them in at 4.

Yup I attended the 9/9 party and got in at 4

We went on 9/30 and got in at 3:53pm (yes, I checked my cell phone for the official time. lol)
