We stayed at Liki Tiki Village for one week through an exchanged time share program. I was a little worried considering some of the reviews I've read.
We stayed at the 1400 building, a two bedroom unit. It was clean and spacious, and the screened balcony was a nice plus. Our view was not anything wonderful, but it was quiet. The master bedroom had a king size bed, with an adjoining master bath suite with a shower.
The other bedroom had two full size beds. Each bedroom had a flat screen television, the living room had a larger flat screen, a DVD player, and a small radio. The dining room table sat six and unlike other timeshares I've stayer at, the washer and dryer were full size.
Be prepared to be called several times by the front desk/visitors center for offers regarding the resort. As we spend all day at the parks, we just checked the voice mail. The only other "minus" would be the location. While not the far from the WDW area, approximately 8 miles, if you are planning to go to either the outlets or International drive, its a fairly long trip, about 30 minutes. Going either way down 192 provided lots of restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores.
We didn't travel with small children so didn't bother with the water park so cannot comment on that. We did see plenty of other families coming from there and looking quite happy.
Overall, I would consider Liki Tiki Village for another stay. But then again, we always rent a car and have no problem driving around the Orlando area. The resort is well set up and has plenty of room for a family.
