July 2007 Rate/Code Watch

Any other way out planners going in July, 2007? I figure if I'm starting this thread too early it will die an early death only to be revived or supplanted in a few months.

We're at WL 7/11-18. We have two std view rooms booked at the AAA rate (about $200/night/room tax included). I haven't seen anything better as yet. Although I don't honestly expect to see anything for a few months, I could be wrong (and would love to hear it...and jump on it).

I know it will be awhile but yes I'll be waiting too. We're booked at YC June 29-July12. We have an AAA rate of $323 (without tax) for a standard room. Last year I was able to get an AP rate of $254 for a waterview room and $189 for a standard view room for in-laws. Hope the YC rates are nearly that good next July!

I'm all for saving a bit more!

Currently have 3 rooms with tickets and dining for AKL standard savannah rooms booked through AAA with a AAA discount. Our travel dates are 7/8-7/14. We are also booked room only at Pop for 7/7. If we can apply another code to save a bit--

Haven't seen a watch yet for June 2007, so I'll start one! We're hoping to go June 2-9... taking my 3 sons, DS12 has been several times, but it'll be the first trip for DS5 and DS1. Also taking my mom, so we're planning on 2 rooms at All Star Movies. Got AAA rate, but haven't figured out quite what the rate is yet... $209/night for 2 rooms. Does that seem right? Right now we have rooms only and I've applied for a Disney Visa in hopes of something good. Now if only airfare goes down as soon as I get the Visa!!

Anyone else going around that time?

We are planning on leaving the day after school! We will have a big group -both my parents, my sister & her crew and my own family. We haven't made ressies yet...holding out for a CODE!!!! Keep your fingers crossed!!!

The new summer rates for values is $109 reg and $121 preferred, I'm not sure what the AAA discount is for the summer season but I'm assuming 15% so two standard rooms with the discount and tax should be $209

We are going June 3-10 but I'm not sure where we are staying yet, we are bringing along a friends child so that makes us 5. Either two rooms at POP or one at POR.

we are going June 1-10th. 2 rooms at Pop wanted all-star music, but not available according to our TA. We have aaa, but don't know what the breakdown is of the trip yet. just changed froma room only to a package deal.

OMG, I'm such an idiot. I was saying 5/24 and thinking that was JUNE 24 and wondering why we were still considered summer.

Is it just me or are the rates for next summer extremely high? I know it's been several years since we went, but $109 for a room in a value resort? Even with AAA, I'm still looking for a cheaper rate. Oh Well, no code, no WDW property. We'll stay close by - at least we'll be there!!!!

were also waiting for AP rates. also looking to conserve some of our SSR points so we can squeeze in a Food and wine festival trip (adults only) in 2007. we havent decided where we want to stay but the rates will definitly inlfuence where.

Another person that would like to see a good discount for July. We're looking for a couple nights at Poly before DCL. Then we're on to BWV for a few more days.

Would this be a good place to wish for killer airfare and rental car prices as well?

We have booked AAA room only resies for 6/23-6/30. Would love to see something better than just those rates.

Hey I'll join early, why not!!! I will be at WL same time as you, July 10-18th. CAN'T WAIT!!! We too have a AAA package booked with dining, hoping for a discount. We paid full price this summer and it killed me!
