Is Beaches and Cream a full-serve restaurant?

I am trying to figure tips and I cannot remember if they are full serve or just a table credit but more like get your food when your number is called.

They also have a limited take out window where you can get some ice cream desserts. But not the big sundaes if I remember correctly.
