Interval International?

I either read or heard that as of January, this replaced RCI. But on the dvcmember website it is still RCI, and it f you try calling 800-800-9800, all you get all day is a rapid busy signal. Are they even answering the phone? How do we find out what to do with our points before they expire? Have to use mine before June

I was wondering if we can deposit points in Interval as we could with RCI to extend their life? We have some points that we banked from 2020 into 2021 that we haven't been able to use due to travel restrictions and would love to be able to save them for something down the road!
