I’ll be 26. One step closer to 30Mine is Wed! The big 4-0!
I cook everything in nonstick, although we need a new set (had the same set for probably 15 years). Why are you so opposed to it? I love how easy it is to clean, plus I just use a light spray of Pam to cook with to not add extra fat/oil.
Yikes, my son is older than you LOL.I’ll be 26. One step closer to 30
FYI - If you've been thinking about buying a new iPhone or making some other Apple purchase (Apple released new AirPods Pro today with noise cancellation), today would be a good day for it.
https://frequentmiler.boardingarea.com/10x-miles-at-apple-today-10x-aa-8x-alaska-or-8x-united/
The shopping portals for American, Alaska, and United are offering 8x to 10x miles/$ at Apple.com today. It doesn't look like iPhones or the new AirPod Pro are excluded (which they typically are for a while after release). (Double check the terms for exclusions.)
If you're upgrading to a new iPhone, Apple has a generous trade-in program that often offers better value vs. popular electronics buyback sites like Gazelle, BuyBackWorld, etc. (Double check just in case.)
Click to Apple.com through your choice of shopping portal, order your new iPhone through the Apple site and during the process select you have an iPhone to trade in with the specs and condition of your old iPhone. You'll pay the full price for your new iPhone on whatever card you choose and earn 8x-10x miles on your purchase. Then, you have 14 days from your pickup or delivery (or delivery of the trade-in kit) to complete the trade-in. You have the option to receive a "kit" (box and shipping label) to mail in your phone, or you can complete the trade-in in-store. If you do the trade-in by mailing your old iPhone in, you'll get a refund on your original form of payment. But if you bring your old iPhone to an Apple Store and complete the trade-in in-store (a "previous purchase trade-in"), they can put the trade-in value on any card you choose, even a debit card so the money goes into your checking account and you keep your credit card spend, credit card rewards, and shopping portal miles. To do an in-store previous purchase trade-in, you will need the email receipt for your new iPhone purchase, the new iPhone's serial number, and the card you want the trade-in value to go on.
Lol mine too they are 29 and 32Yikes, my son is older than you LOL.
So is mine!!Yikes, my son is older than you LOL.
If you're searching for award availability at a hotel and finding none, set up alerts on OpenHotelAlert.com for standard rooms with cash, since award nights are supposed to be made available when standard rooms can be booked with cash.
I've also read that the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills hides their availability under accessible rooms. Check that box and you might see availability.
Yikes, my son is older than you LOL.
Lol mine too they are 29 and 32

I'm still trying to figure out what this card is....... I have the older Amex biz green charge card (the one with like 10k bonus for msr) is this a reboot of the same card, and I don't qualify for another?
So I did something fun today: booked my WDW visit for next fall! Right now, I'm booked for the last week of September into October. I might shift one week later but I will probably just leave it alone. It was fun booking with my DVC points. I thought "this is like a free room." 20 minutes later I remembered the thousands of dollars I spent months ago for that "free" room. Freaking Disney, man. LOL.
No I don’t take it personalMy I can’t really blame the banks. It’s the behavior of some that ruins it for others. That holds true for a lot of things in life.Other banks will deny for too many recent open cards and some are more arbitrary about it and doesn't publish their rules. Chase also doesn't limit the number of open cards or have lifetime limits like amex.
All the banks have good and bad and none of it should be taken personally if you're denied. Everyone has to decide whose rules they want to play within in and what works for them. I hate bofa but they have Alaska's card and those miles are worth any issues I may incur by having one of their cards.
I have not! Please tell me more about them. I have just waited for really, really good coupons/discounts at regular stores. You're the best shopper!
You look fantastic! Congratulations on the weight loss!Gonna kinda do a bragging post here....sorry, LOL.
This weekend was my friends annual Halloween party. Back in 2016, I started Contrave (it's a drug) and managed to lose 70lbs. When the fiance dumped me in Jan, I managed to drop to 75lbs loss total (I had gained about 10lbs....so it was a 15lbs loss at the time). I found out the ex suddenly got married at the end of September to the girl he started to date after me. She's 8 years younger than me (I'm 10 years older than him), but she looks 15 years older than me, LOL. I know he's not happy, he's gained a bunch of weight and everyone (my friends) was commenting how bad he looks in his "wedding" photos. He's not smiling, etc.
Anyways, yesterday I turned 43.....And it was great to put this photo on my FB to show just how far I have come! I know the ex is probably jealous AF, (he stalks my FB several times a day) so it's also nice to rub it in, LOL. Now if I could just find a flipping guy! UGH, online dating (or dating at all) really sucks! LOL.
The left is Halloween 2015, and the right is obv 2019 (Friday night). Okay brag over....back to CC talk, LOL.

That’s awesome! With our APs were already get a discount but it is nice that they are spending the wealth...Heads up for anyone going to Universal now through the end of 2019 - you get 10% off your qualifying merchandise purchase of $75 or more at Islands or Studios with any Amex card. You have to show the Amex coupon code in the Universal app. Not valid at locations in Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade, or for purchases of tobacco, “collectibles”, books, movies, or CDs. I know plenty of HP merch is available in the big Universal souvenir shops so that might be a way around the exclusion of the WWoHP stores.
Maybe this is old news but I am so happy to have an excuse to buy a Ravenclaw robe on my solo weekend trip in 3 weeks
The outlet store ran an awesome price one year at BF when I was at the outlets in Phoenix and I kick myself all of the time for not purchasing them since they would have shipped them to MD for me. Instead I opted for a watermelon slice that doesn’t even work.All-Clad runs "factory seconds" sales periodically to sell wares that may have minor cosmetic damage but nothing that would impair its performance. You can find some pretty significant savings off retail during these sales. However, all sales are final. I’ve bought a few pieces from these sales and have been satisfied with the discounted price vs. quality/condition. The next one is scheduled for November 4-6.

It also seems there’s a sale on packaging damaged items, where the product is flawless but the box is damaged:
