How do you pick days now with All park early hours and reservation system?

We usually pick parks based on the opposite of extra magic hours as we prefer shorter hours to crowds brought on by extended hours. How are people choosing parks now with the park system and every park opening earl for on site guests? We historically do rope drop and stay until suppertime.

We did MK and Epcot on weekdays, as weekends seem to be busier there. The Studios max their reservations on so many days that it did not seem to matter what day we chose, and AK seems to absorb crowds well.

The last couple of trips we scheduled DHS first because we were excited to try for a ROTR BG. We've experienced it several times now, so for our upcoming visit I scheduled AK first because FOP is still my favorite ride. We plan on visiting DHS later in the week. We avoid Epcot on weekends.

During festivals, avoid EPCOT on weekends (Fri-Sun). MK and HS can be crowded on weekends too. You can take comfort in that you are not the only one having a hard time picking park days. The lack of early morning or late night parties/events makes it somewhat a crapshoot. Periodically keep an eye on the availability calendar for the days and parks you selected. If you have MK or HS days scheduled and notice a month or so away from your trip it's sold out by ticket holders, resort and/or APs while other parks and days remain open you might want to think about changing up your park days.

Parks are not opening early for onsite guests, as opposed to day guests, at least not yet. Disney has announced a theme park early entry system for onsite guests will be instituted "later this year." They haven't announced a date yet. Currently, all guests are allowed past the tapstiles prior to official opening time, although many of the rides do not open until the official time.

Hs is better during the week, a lot of AP holders on Saturdays and Sundays.
I pick Epcot the day after you are going to be out late... a little more sleep time...
Generally all the parks are better during the week but AK is good no matter what day you pick... so if you have to go on a weekend choose AK.
Dont forget the parks open about 45mins earlier than the posted time.
