We are staying at Pop for the first time in October/November and I'm worried about space. We will have myself, DH, DD8 and DS5 in a standard room with 2 double beds. What are your tips and tricks to staying organized with all of the stuff!! Especially clothes and laundry! :sad2:

Thanks for any advice!

Get a pop up hamper. It folds down and takes up little space, toss the laundry in that.

Also, The hanging organizers for sweaters works as additional storage for clothes.

I have hanging shelves, like you use to organize kids clothes for the week, that I hang in the closet area, and a hanging shoe bag that I use for toiletries. We unpack all suitcases and use the dresser, then put the suitcases all inside each other and put them on the closet shelf. I use a collapsible hamper for dirty clothes, and it fits under the bathroom sink.

agree with the over the door show organizer and the sweater hanger and the pop up laundry bag.
We also bring a few (1 per person) pants clothes hangers to hang bathing suits rather than rely on a clothes hanger. Saves a little space in the bathroom.

one tip I got from this site was a surge protector to charge all your devices in one location bc the hotels don't have many outlets. I thought that was an awesome tip. Also a clothesline that you can put up in the shower to hang wet clothes. someone already mentioned the over the door shoe organizer & hanging shelves. They're both on my packing list as well. But I have a mesh bag hamper instead of the pop up.

We use the hanging organizer for extra clothes and love it. I don't find the need for the pop up hamper though. We just put the dirty clothes into the empty luggage and it saves the space the hamper would take up. Definitely take a surge protector that you can plug multiple things into to keep all your electronics charged and organized.
Also we always take extra hangers with us so we can hang more.
