Hardest Character to find

For all the trips we have taken to Disneyland and WDW, we only saw Bullseye once by Frontierland in WDW. DH was told by a CM that it is very rare to see him.

Any tips about how to find him?:D

I don't think I have ever seen a Daisy Duck character.

I also find it tough to find Donald Duck, although I know he does a character breakfast at Animal Kingdom and is in the parades.

It seems there are more characters out signning. I have seen alot of characters where a few years ago they were not many to see. We ran into Mary Poppins and Bert in front of the wizards Hat at MGM last year. We are always running into Pluto. Pooh and Tiger have their own trailers at MGM just down from Sully and Mikey. I thought that the apperance places were on the big boards where they tell the waiting times for the rides or you could go to guest services and they would tell you their times?

We had the joy of posing with Jiminy on Earth Day this year at MK!

I was really hoping to find Bullseye and Brer Rabbit, but neither were making appearances on the days were were at MK...

The CMs at the MK Guest Services are wonderful...they can tell you where the characters will be and when. That saves a lot of running around "hoping" to bump into them.

If you are looking for a certain character, don't count totally on Guest Services!

In January, I went to Guest Services at MK to ask if Brer Bear would be out that day. The nice CM made a call, then shook her head and said he is rarely out in the parks, and he doesn't make appearances at this time. I thought that sounded funny since I seen him about on previous trips, but I thanked her and left.

And low and behold, as I walk out of Guest Services, who literally walks out in front of City Hall at that second? Brer Bear, of course! My nephew runs up to him and is absolutely thrilled. Afterwards, I walk back into Guest Services and go back to the same CM and tell them that Brer Bear just came out - she looked pretty surprised that her information was not correct!

So moral of the story - Guest Services does not know everything about where characters are. Just keep your eyes open! :)

Until our most recent trip (2/03) we had not seen Donald Duck other than in parades. I even posted a thread before that trip asking for any tips to finding him. Let me tell you, it seemed like everytime we turned around he was there this last trip. We got his picture & autograph several times actually this time. He was on the touring bus at opening in Epcot. Then in MGM by the hat. And then again near the entrance of MK in the late afternoon.

I found Donald Duck on the character bus too! I had never seen him so close before... I didn't realize how short he was. :p
