No. There's a chance you'll be assigned a Family Verandah when you book VGT, but they won't ensure that it'll be a Family. And I don't believe they'll let you book any Guaranteed stateroom for a party of 5.

It's unlikely that any Guaranteed rooms will be available for the Treasure anyways, since they only open them up when a ship isn't selling.

We booked an IGT and got a deck 2 Handicap Accessible room. It was huge, close to the midship elevator and the Enchanted Garden restrooms.

For our OGT: There were only a couple of oceanview rooms left so we were hoping to get bumped to a verandah near our VGT room, but knew it was a long shot. As it is we have 1 full porthole window instead of the 2 little ones, so we are happy about that.
For our VGT: ended up with a whitewall verandah, so a little bummed. Was hoping for the see-through verandah so that we could sit and still see out. Might see about an upgrade at the port.
