I changed our package to apply the SPD discount on Monday when it was released for Disney Visa holders. I never got a confirmation email and when I log into My Disney Experience it still shows us having the basic MYW package. So I called this evening and found out our reservations were never changed! It was still the original MYW reservation. The CM had a difficult time figuring out which code to use but finally got it and fixed it for me.

So that's my PSA for the evening- if you didn't get a confirmation email double check to make sure all is correct with your reservation! :thumbsup2
