Garden Grove at the Swan

How is this place? Anyone been recently? Were going to skyliner from HS to Riviera Fri, but since staying at Swan thought might be better use of time to just eat there.

Haven't been there since the start of the pandemic. But in the before times, this place was great for breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere and the buffet and omelette stations were wonderful. We always went there on days when we were taking the morning off from commando touring.

Here are some Garden Grove posts from the Walt Disney World SWAN, DOLPHIN & SWAN RESERVE RESORTS Information & Questions thread. IMHO GG is decent but I think Fresh Med is better, we generally ate our breakfasts at Picabu as they had a custom omelette station that we really enjoyed. Don't forget to grab the SwanDolphinReserve Mobile App so you can see what is open and when as not all restaurants are open everyday at SDR.

For what it's worth GG is currently only open 7AM-11:30AM, Monday, Thursday-Sunday.

We haven't been since 2016, but they had a seafood buffet on Friday nights that was so good! The character interaction with Goofy, Pluto, Chip, and Dale was some of the best we've experienced anywhere.
