Okay, finally got all of them done...

9/19 - 1900 pk faire (GF) cinderella's gala feast - 6:40pm (surprise for dd6)
9/20 - 50's prime time diner (hollywood studios) 7:40pm
9/21 - Garden Grill (Epcot) - 2:55pm
9/22 - Boatwrights (POR) 6:55pm
9/23 - Captain's Grill (YC) - 6:15pm
9/24 - Play n Dine @ Hollywood & Vine - 8:30am

I got shut out of Ohana..however, they do have two late times on either 9/22 or 9/23. Should I keep the adrs that I have for either of those nights and keep trying for a cancellation, or grab one of the later times, and try for an earlier time? For those of you that have done the free dining before, are there possibilities of cancellations and I might get into Ohana after all? It's dh's favorite restaurant and he would be disappointed if we couldn't get in at all.

Okay, after talking to dh, I grabbed the 9:30pm ADR at Ohana for the last night we're there (9/23) and cancelled the Captain's Grille. We just decided that we'd let dd (3) take a late nap and then go. I'm now debating on cancelling Boatwright's for 9/22 and trying for something else. I just have to go through the menus and see if I can find something that dh and dd (6) will like.

I'll be visiting the world with DM43 & DB16. We're mostly breakfast eaters who only nibble throughout the day (well, except my brother who can eat all day ) so we opted for two character breakfasts.

9/5 - 50's Prime Time @ 4:40PM
9/6 - Goofy's Beach Party @ 8:50AM
9/7 - Chef Mickey's @ 9PM
9/9 - Supercalifragilistic @ 8AM

We also plan to out-of-pocket pay for Beaches & Cream and Rainforest Café. We really wanted to eat at LeCellier, but were told that EPCOT was pretty much booked up-and-down during Free Dining.

This is the first family vacation since 1988 for my family, and since I have the most experience with Disney, I was asked to plan it. Planning for 8 wasn't much more difficult than planning for 2 since I have a good system. Everyone decided to follow my dinner advice and eat together and have 1 meal alone for each couple.

Just for fun I have been keeping track of how many will be in each park on the days we will be there Sept 17-24 (assumed by where everyone is eating) and it is amazing that on most days it is pretty evenly spread out between the 4 parks. I was doing this to see if we picked a bad day at a certain park and it looks like we did well, exception being the MNSSHP day. Amazingly I only found 1 person going to Animal Kingdom on both Sept 18 and September 20??? Anyone going then???
