Food trucks at Disney Springs

I've seen mentioned that there are some food trucks at Disney Springs. Anyone used them? How was quality?Do they accept dining plan (perhaps counter service?)

All ears lists them as QS plan

They are classed as quick service credits.
But from what I have read the entrees are on the smaller side, so could be a poor use of a credit.
