Is Fantasmic likely to be twice nightly in August, thinking of Thursday 15th in particular, or will it be weekends only by then?

I wish the schedule was updated a bit more in advance!

Yes, they often do not update the calendar all at once, but will slowly fill it in. I wouldn't worry about it.

It will be. Disney hasn't fully updated the August calendar. It's summer. There will be Fantasmic! Check the calendar again in a week or so.
