Fall Promotion to be released...

Ok--I just got off the phone with Disney. I was told that Disney never releases their deals on the weekend (which is when the current offers are set to expire). She told me to check Disney's website first thing tomorrow or first thing Monday morning. Of course, she did not indicate if or what the promo would be but if they were to release something new for the fall, it would be tomorrow or Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's FD!!! She said that normally they've already heard something by now, but not this time.

Hopefully it's FD, but in years past it was always offered to Disney Visa cardholders first...then released to the general public a few days later.

Though, if you think about the fact that there's typically a 3 day delay between DV and public offers, maybe DV will be Friday and public will be Monday? Not that a bunch of us will be obsessively checking or anything.

My guess they will most likely come out with disney visa code tomarrow and monday to the general public. But what do I know, I can only speculate.

Not true.

Check http://www.mousesavers.com/historicalwdwdiscounts.html#codechart and see for yourself; there are quite a few that have been released on a Sunday.

My GUESS is Disney VISA holders Monday, general public Thursday (i.e. the way it usually works). Most likely, Travel Agents will 'know' tomorrow and leak that "something" is coming soon. See the news here on the DIS, and check Mousesavers.com as well.

Released? Doesn't really matter. Available for booking? Seven AM Eastern on the first day the booking window opens - which is why, from experience, I think TAs will know by Sunday if not sooner, and as I said, leak the information - either specific info, or that "something" is coming Monday - and that it will open to Disney VISA holders Monday and the rest of us Thursday.

I'm always so thankful for a big bladder on the mornings these codes are released. It's so funny reading through the post about people being on hold for soooooo long and they have to go to the bathroom...etc. Although I'm sure it wouldn't be the first time a Disney CM had heard 'running water' in the background LOL
