Drive Like the Wind Bullseye! March 11-March 18, 2017-Dining Review - Last Update

We've never done Y&Y quick service, but we do love the restaurant. Someplace to keep in mind for the future although I love eating at Harambe Market, but my kids don't find anything there they like because somewhat along the same lines as your DD:

I wanted to eat at Harambe, but yeah DD - wanted chicken nuggets and I didn't want to eat at Restarauntasaurus, so Y&Y QS was our best option. We really enjoyed this QS meal!!

i had a deadly reaction to a medication right before our jan trip and the steroids helped me tons. i was doing 10 miles a day with no problem and eating anything and everything. glad you got better!

Hi. I've been reading your report and I'm finally caught up. Your reaction sounded so scary. I'm glad that everything turned out okay and you were able to find out what it was.

Y&Y QS is on our list for next trip. DH really wants to try the honey chicken. It's good to know they have chicken fingers for the kids. They aren't very adventurous. I get excited whenever they agree to try anything new. Even if they hate it, I feel like it's a win.

Hi Susan All caught up. Even though I followed along on your Facebook it's nice to see all the food pictures. I'm so glad you were able to get your allergic reaction under control. One of the scariest things I've ever seen as a nurse was a child in anaphlaxis and respiratory arrest. Allergies can change so it may be time to go to the the doc and see if you have developed any new ones.

Your daughter is just like my husband with her picky eating. When I saw the picture of the plain cheesecake it cracked me up. Looking forward to next update! -Amanda

I hear ya. Getting my DD to try anything new is so difficult. I'm always surprised when she tries something new. DS does tend to be more adventurous.

I bet that was so scary to see that child in such distress, please tell they are all OK now.

It was time for our last dinner and for our last table service, we took off for Beach Club



for dinner at Cape May.

My kids love this place.

I almost never do photos of spoonfuls of food on plates, but we really enjoyed our dinner. I steered VERY clear of any seafood, DD ate her weight in macaroni and we all enjoyed the desserts.

After that, DH and the kids went over to Magic Kingdom for fireworks while I stayed back at the resort to clean up and pack as much as I could. I just wasn’t in the mood for the crowds that night.

This was our last night and sadly we had our LONG drive home the following day.

We woke up the following morning and DH and I took our last walk across the skyway that connects Bay Lake Tower to the Contemporary and over to Contempo Café to use up our last credits for breakfast.

I got a Mickey Waffle

Susan, I really enjoyed your reviews. We are staying at BC so despite I don't like buffets much, I think we will eat at Cape May at least once for the convenience. Besides DS really loves crab legs so he will be happy. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us.

I am not a buffet fan either, but the kids love them and they do provide a lot of options. My DH ate A LOT of crab legs at Cape May. So I think it is safe to say they tasted good!!

I was REALLY late coming to the party. Glad that I found it though. This was a great review. I really enjoyed it. I need to stop reading these. It's making the time go so slow for my upcoming trip. I don't think it's ever going to get here.
