"Drinks" at Palo?

I have read on these boards that you can do drinks at the bar at Palo, and get a souffle. Is this the standard $15 charge as well?

I don't really want to do the dinner, but I really really want to try the chocolate souffle. I am also much too bashful to ask my regular servers if they can score me one.

I don't really drink, so it would be just Souffle for me.

I would like to know the answer to this too! We are going for dinner at Palo once already but would definitely be up for another chocolate souffle a la carte on another night at the bar!
