Is the Disney Visa meet and greet exactly like the standard, but with a shorter wait? Is it still with Chewbacca and Kylo Ren?

Only Kylo Ren. In theory it's shorter, but there's no way they can guarantee that. The backdrops might be slightly different.

When we went to the Disney Visa meet and greet last night around 7 pm, it had no wait and only Kylo Ren. Ren, the photographer and the minder were really into the scenario, strongly encouraging my kids and me to choose the dark side. It looked as if 15-20 people were in line for the other two meet and greets.

If you get there at 4, there is a line. It moves fairly quickly though. You only will see Kylo Ren (unless it changes again).
There is a separate non-Visa M&G for Both Chewbacca and Kylo Ren.
