Okay so I am getting ready to go to Disney this Friday!!! I always start listening to Disney music before a trip and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So I was wondering what you all have in your Disney playlist.

I have Wishes! Spectromagic, Fantasmic and several complete ride-through tracks of HM, SM, BTM, Soarin', ToT, etc. I even have three parades, two recordings of Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast: Live on Stage, and a full recording of the Monorail audio.

I have a Magic Kingdom playlist.

It starts with the Good Morning Show, and the rope drop. (Favorite part really, since I worked the Main Gate in my last CP, it has a special place in my heart.)

It then moves to the Mainstreet USA music loop, and follows my natural path through the Magic Kingdom, including ride songs and the respective land loops starting at Adventureland and ending in Tomorrowland.

And of course, I have spliced in the Celebrate a Dream Come True parade, the Move it! Shake it! Celebrate it! Street party, Dream Along with Mickey, Main Street Electrical Parade, and Wishes! music.

I would love that it is one of my favorite shows!

Ok, I'm not "college age" anymore, but I'm subbing so I can get some ideas on building the ultimate list!!!

576 songs, 33 hours and 55 minutes worth. All the parades, fireworks, monorail loops, soundtracks, rides, Kidani lobby music, my own playlists of Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood studios and Aminal Kingdom. Still don't have Soarin, but it won't be long now....going Oct 28 to look at every CD I can.

Current favs are my Everybody Wants to be a Cat album, Disney Instrumentals on harp and guitar (to go to sleep), Kidani music playlist and........Boo to You parade, Hallowishes, Villains Dance Mix and Mingle to get ready for the trip.

I sometimes listen to other music but not very often.

You can find many of the park CDs on Amazon and The Laughing Place .com. If you want Halloween music there is the "Event" CD, Happiest Celebrations will have some of the rides-from Disneyland and WDW. THat is where I got my "laughing place" soundtrack from Splash Mountain. Then there are music lists on Mousesavers.com where you can get lists of lobby music from AKL and WL. You can also enjoy many of the tunes without purchasing them on www.dcot.com and our own DIS radio. DIS Radio can be downloaded from ITunes and I actually have that in my Itunes library and listen to it often. A lot of it I did get off ITunes so I only had to buy what I liked. I have found Disney song lists like say for the Innovations area of EPCOT and then purchased the music on my own wherever.

However Wishes, Fantasmic, Illuminations and Animal Kingdom Park CDs I bought on trips to WDW--but I think now you can get them most of the time on Amazon.com. There is a Candlelight Processional CD and a separate CD for Holiday Wishes.

I think I am just really into the music too much sometimes--oh well it makes me happy.

I have downloaded only about 8 things off the Internet as files--I do not want to get a virus and you have to be careful--so yep had to pay $ for 'em.
