Lol I picture disney PR as people just scrambling around yelling "who posted that?!"
…or it was a purposeful leak to get people talking.

Our return home is August 13th may have to play with dates..hmmm,
I was hoping for this because we are on a cruise from the 12th to the 19th and it would be perfect to do it the night we get off the cruise. I don't love Halloween in August, but it's the only time our family can get there with girls in two different colleges. We did it this same time last year and it was HOT but we planned our costumes accordingly so they were fine. I just really want some "BOO TO YOU!!"Our return home is August 13th may have to play with dates..hmmm,
That's pretty interesting. Why didn't people use it? Easy access to a park always seems like a big perk to me.
Was this the harbor gate? Or was there something else?I don't know exactly, but my guess is that on any given day, most guests went to Disneyland or wanted to stop in Downtown Disney before entering DCA.
This was a gate across Disneyland Dr from the Paradise Pier Hotel, between the GCH and the route 66 area of DCA. Came into the park by the Corn Dog Castle. Was this the harbor gate? Or was there something else?
Maybe they deleted it because they meant to say it runs until Nov 1 (I know, not likely, but a Halloween loving Disney girl can hope, right??)Why would they post and then immediately delete if they are gonna repost soon?
I think it’s because they were waiting till the 10 o’clock “Big” announcement to release it!!! We can still stay up and drink together, right???Maybe they deleted it because they meant to say it runs until Nov 1 (I know, not likely, but a Halloween loving Disney girl can hope, right??)
My guess is that it's a scheduled tweet and someone screwed up when it was supposed to be posted. Why would they post and then immediately delete if they are gonna repost soon?
I would agree, that’s silly, why not just leave it up!My guess is that it's a scheduled tweet and someone screwed up when it was supposed to be posted.
Yep. Probably supposed to be scheduled for like 9:45 PM and it was released at 9:45 AM instead. My guess is that it's a scheduled tweet and someone screwed up when it was supposed to be posted.

Oh. My. God. Minnie is Winnie. I am deceased.All-New Character Meet and Greet Debuts for Halloween Season on Disney Cruise Line
Disney has just announced that Halloween is returning to the high seas – including an all-new character meet and greet. Here are the details:
It’s all just a bunch of Hocus Pocus! At least, it will be this fall when a first-of-its-kind character meet and greet inspired by Halloween’s favorite sisters and other new experiences debut on Disney Cruise Line’s Halloween on the High Seas sailings!
This September and October, guests will run amuck (amuck! amuck!) on Halloween-themed cruises with special entertainment and activities, including trick-or-treating, spooky parties, elaborate décor and limited-time food and beverage items.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! These voyages will also debut an all-new character meet and greet opportunity exclusively for Disney Cruise Line guests. While all characters on board will adorn Halloween costumes as part of the festivities, Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Clarabelle Cow will debut a never-before-seen look as they dress up as the iconic Halloween sisters, the Sandersons from the movie “Hocus Pocus.”
In addition to spooky character encounters and enchanted pumpkin trees, other frighteningly fun experiences aboard Halloween on the High Seas sailings include Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party, a fun-filled costume party for families (and your favorite Disney characters); villainous takeovers in the adult-exclusive venues; Halloween-themed movies on Funnel Vision; and even a ghostly take on ship announcements.
