Is there any way to add a dining plan when you get on site?

No, all dining plans need to be added prior. You cannot add it at checkin

Are you talking about the new dining plan with 2 TS credits per night? If so, apps are not, but dessert is.

DDP+ is 2 meal entitlements
ts is beverage, entree and dessert

the only plan that includes appetizers is DxDP
