I didn't see a thread for Dec. 2012 so let's get this party going.

Sounds great to me. I am booked at POFQ for December 2012. I am hoping for free food, but have booked the dining plan anyway. I got the dining plan I wanted, and the resort I wanted. I just need time to go faster!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to make sure someone else joined the party before I posted anything. I hate being a loner.

As of this moment, I am planning on staying at GF. We stayed there for a week in Dec. 2010 and I fell in love with it. When we left I said the next time we come, I am staying in a theme park view so that I can watch the fireworks. I just don't know if I can give up everything that I love about the GF to go to CR where it would be a little cheaper to get a TPV.

I have not yet booked my trip. I am going to Florida the first week in Nov. to visit my sister and am hoping that there will be a bounceback available for 2012. In 2009 I did the same thing...stayed one night in a value and booked for the following year with a savings of $1400!

Discount or not...I am going Dec. 10-18.

Discount or not, we are going December 8th to the 15th. If free dining starts on the 10th, I am willing to change my dates. As soon as we got back from our trip in September, I really honed in on the date of 12-12-12. I want to be at MK all day that day.

I love the gingerbread house at GF. They do such a fabulous job on that each year.

This was my one complaint with GF. The gingerbread house is in the corner of the main building where everybody needs to walk through to get to the outer buildings. It was very congested.

I'm still trying to get a discount for Oct 2011 but i'll join in.

We're planning a big trip at the beginning of Dec 2012 with the in-laws. It will be their first time. My tentative plan right now is to book a 2BDR BWV when they come available. If I get a discount later, great. If not, I can live with it. But I figure BWV gives me better odds over BCV or BLT. Plus, I love that resort and it will be our first holiday trip too.

Also toying with the idea of doing a couple days split stay at AKL Savannah view. But that's just an idea right now. I'll worry about all that after I get the Oct trip finalized.

My family and I are going this year 12/11 - 12/17 staying at POF and we were able to take the Mouse up on his free dining offer ... hoping to get the same week next year with same offer for AK

We just booked and are planning on Dec 17-27. We would really like to stay at POR Royal (already have ressie-yay), but we'll do Pop if there isn't a good offer. Let's cross our fingers!

I am secretly planning and hoping that a great deal will be made available for us to book 12/15-12/22, 2012. I know I can convince DH to go and stay offsite but I would really really like to be able to stay onsite this time so I'm watching and hoping for a great rate to be made available. Our last trip a few weeks ago was offsite so I'm doubtful we'll luck into a pin code but ya never know.

This date is my daughters 5th bday and I just booked our trip so we could be at MK that day. We are staying at POR! Can't wait. Now hoping a discount shows up.

Count us in! We are going to start an every other Christmas tradition. Last year was a long trip to Wilderness Lodge. This year we are only going for the weekend Christmas Party and DIS event at Harry Potter, which doesn't count right?

I will jump in. We just got back, not even a week ago and I can't wait to go back. This time, I would LOVE to do the Christmas Party, since we did the MNSSHP. We had free dining and that was wonderful, so that's what I'm hoping for again. We plan to go the beginning of December. Not sure exactly when. Either 12/1-12/8 or 12/7-12/14 maybe.

Add me! My oldest will be starting college Fall 2012 - she's going to Ole Miss, which is great..BUT it's a 10 hour drive from home - My current plan is AKL from 12-9 till 12/19 - She'll be done with finals 12/7 so I'm flexible in my dates...youngest will be in 7th grade, but I'm ok with taking her out for this trip.

It's a girls only trip - dh is not a WDW fan we went 3x as a family before 2005.Our first all girls trip wa 2005 and we have went at least once a year since then. - until the recession slammed us...no trip in 2010...dh lost his job, I went back to work after 15 years as a SAHM...he got another job & things started to look up... I did manage to eek out a 6 day trip in Feb 2011. Life has thrown a few more curve balls this year...so I pulled up the boot straps...got a second job (really for fun, a travel specialist)...& I'm taking every penny of comission, extra money, couponing money..everything & socking it away. I want to make this Dec 2012 trip happen soooooo badly!

So I'll be waiting patiently (or not) with all of you !!

We will be there the first week of Dec '12 before we embark on a cruise out of Miami. I've been to DL 2x but not DW. I will book Wyndham Wyndham Bonnet Creek. However, if we book now do we have to pay full amount for a reservation through a disney hotel? If you cancel, do you get your $ back? I was thinking of making a reservation incase we can get FD for when we go. Or a 40% off pincode would be nice

Count me in too! We aren't booked yet, but hope to stay at either BLT or AKV Dec 23, 2012-Jan 1, 2013!! It will be our first Christmas in Disney!!
