We had to get up at 2am in order to get to the Toronto airport by 4:30 to check in.Kids popped right out of bed.Got to Toronto about 4am and parked the car and caught the shuttle to the terminal. We must have had the worlds slowest boarding clerk. He didnt know how to work the computer system very well and had to keep asking the guy next to him what to do next.Took about 30 minutes to get the the baggage checked and the boarding passes printed. They tell us to step behind the wall to wait to go through customs. We wait in line there for another 20 minutes and then the line starts to move.Only we get to stand in yet another line waiting for customs to open at 5am.I am beginning to think my week is going to be spent in lines. Finally customs opens and we are through there in about 2 minutes. Our gate happens to be the furthest one away(of course)but the kids do get to see the plane being de-iced.Finally get on board and have a great flight except for the food.Who thinks of these meals? They served an omelet stuffed with pineapple and red peppers,YUCK!I had ordered kids meals and they were served lemon tarts. What kind of breakfast is that for a kid, lol.Get to Orlando(wonderful not to have to go through customs there.Fight our way on to the bus for Alamo(it was the older people pushing and shoving their way including my dad, just shook my head)While waiting for the cars,my nephew punches my little one in the stomach causing him to fall off of the statue of Shamu and biting his lip so hard he cut it quite deep. Not a way to a vacation.By this time the kids are starving(I dont blame them, hehehe)We hit the McD's on International Drive. The tackiest one I have ever seen. But food was food.Got to All Star Movies about 1pm.No line up for check in(maybe my luck was changing)I got everything that I asked for,Toy Story, connecting rooms.Of course my room wasnt ready but my sisters was so we just stored all of the luggage in hers.Let the kids look around and have a swim.We trekked to City Walk that night for dinner. My sister wanted to go to the NAscar Cafe.We get there around 5:30 and pay the 7 bucks to park(we found out later that parking was free after 6,argh!)The Cafe was nice but a little expensive for what we ate.We walked around a litle and then headed back to the hotel. It has been a long day and we needed to get up early to get to Animal Kingdom for openning

I'm glad you got there safely and got all of your hotel preferences. I hope your ds was ok.

Maybe that will be the last of lines for this vacation. :)

Thanks for sharing your trip with us. :)
