My kids love going to the Web, and they keep track of their passwords by writing them on Post-it notes. I noticed their Disney password was "MickeyMinnieGoofyPluto," and so I asked why it was so long. "Because," my son explained, "they say it has to have at least four characters."

The browser cache are temporary files, sometimes they need to be cleared.
Clearing Cache for FireFox (for IE scroll down)
Tools
choose Clear Private Data
uncheck everything except "Cache"
click "clear private data"
Refresh

browsing history click the delete button
next to temporary internet files click delete files
then click yes.

click clear cache

1. Click the Tools menu. (the wrench in the upper-right corner)

3. Check the boxes for Empty the cache
4. Click Clear Browsing Data when ready.
