Can't help with the actual Rangoon, but we just had a "Crab Rangoon Fried Sushi Roll" at Kona in the Poly. SO GOOD we went back for another one in the same trip!!!

If you want to venture off property, they have excellent crab Rangoon at le china in Celebration, hand made daily. About 8 miles from MK.
