DS got his driver's license last week. The cost to add him to our policy wasn't bad at all, but I know once we add another car to the policy (although, that won't be for a while), that it's going to hurt a lot more. We let him drive by himself to something at school this past weekend, and that was tough for me seeing him drive off by himself.
Yes, same for us, just adding him as a driver wasn't bad at all. We won't be adding a car for a while as well.
They took a practice ACT a couple of weeks ago at the same time the juniors were taking the real one. I would imagine they'll be getting the results soon for that.
DS is taking 4 AP classes next year -- that's double from this year -- hope it's not too stressful.
I think DD is taking 2 I think next year- she will be stressed. ughh
Did they wind up accepting it? DS got the letter inviting him to apply to for the NHS, too, but he's not going to do it. It's just not the type of thing he thinks he'd enjoy and he's already stretched pretty thin. He was supposed to go to a meeting today during lunch for something else he was invited to join, but I just realized that since I didn't remind him this morning, he probably forgot. Maybe he'll surprise me...
