does the monorail not run every morning? I assumed I could enter through DTD and hop on! Always stayed on the Harbour side or drive in

The Monorail runs every morning, just not necessarily on time and/or at park opening.

motel 6 anaheim main gate is my budget spot when going to DL. It’s a 15 min walk to the parks (can be a little less if your a fast walker). It’s very very basic. But it fits the “only need a place to sleep “ mantra.

It’s not always open at park open.

That's what we're going to do. Last time we visited it was closed everytime we wanted to use burnt due to it being too hot.
