In two cruises have only made it to CC once. The first cruise we switched our CC day/sea day due to High Winds. All shore excursions requiring Boats or sea equipment was cancelled. Beaches were a mess from the storm front that blew though. This was in December 2010.
Last year I was on the Fantasy's cruise through Hurricane Sandy. We did not go to Castaway Cay as we were attempting to avoid the hurricane and got slammed by the Storm Surge coming up the coast of Florida.
I got the 25 % discount which I am using on my upcoming Cruise on the Magic's First Cruise out of Dry Dock, the CC Double Dip five night cruise. Maybe I will get my chance to Parasail the island on this trip with two chances at CC.
