Breakfast at The Wave?

Has anybody done this? The menu looks amazing - I'm really interested in the multigrain pancakes and waffles, and the spinach and feta scrambled eggs sound wonderful, too.

The menu says "organic Columbian coffee" - please, please tell me that's not the same swill from all the other WDW restaurants! Also, if anyone has ordered hot tea there, did you get refills for free, or do you have to pay for a second cup?
