Babysitting at Dolphin/Swan???

I know the deluxe resorts in Disney have in-room babysitting services, but I was wondering about the Swan and Dolphin?
My Dh and I are trying to choose between WL and the Dolphin.
With a 3 1/2 year old in tow, which would you choose?
Also, has anyone noticed that the discount rates don't seem to be as impressive as years past? Maybe it's just me...
